Booking & Cancellation Policies ​

  • Free cancellation before 15 days of arrival

  • Full amount charged for cancellations within 15 days of arrival

  • Refunds will have a 5% administrative charge and take up to 10 working days for processing

  • No-show of a guaranteed reservation will incur charges for the entire stay

  • Full payment required for booking confirmation

  • We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and cash

Extra Person and Child Policies​

  • Anyone above 7 years is considered an extra person

  • Children of all ages welcome

  • Children aged 7 and below stay free (1 child max)

Activities

Complimentary:

  • Guided Nature walk with birds and butterfly sighting (7 AM every day), cycling, indoor and outdoor games, library, plunge pool. Free access to nearby waterfall and stream (availability depends on the season)

 

Chargeable:

  • Outdoor natural rock pool visit: INR 2360 per jeep (up to 6 Pax); includes a driver cum guide for a 3-hour tour with a 15-minute walk; floaters recommended
