Playing it to perfection is the motto of your hosts, Mathew Vallikappen and Silu Mathew who own and manage Vanilla County. Faithful Syrian Christians, trace a long lineage of planters and farmers.

A postgraduate in Commerce, Baby Mathew, chose his family tradition of farming to a lucrative urban career. He is a holder of St John's first aid certificate and has successfully completed training in homestay hospitality and housekeeping. His wife, Rani is a graduate in home science and is an excellent cook. They are blessed with two children Treasa and Mathew.
